Buys and sells in the first 2 minutes after launch pay a higher fee: 21.75% at launch, 16.75% at 30 s, 11.75% at 60 s, 6.75% at 90 s, then 1.75% from 120 s on. It steps down every 3 seconds. It is split like the regular fee: shares to the repo’s builders and repo.ing, and Meteora’s 20% protocol share. The launcher’s initial buy is part of the launch transaction and pays 1.75%. Measured on the fixed Meteora bonding curve. Fee amounts round to whole token units per trade. After graduation, trades pay the Meteora DAMM v2 pool’s 1% base fee in SOL (Meteora’s dynamic fee can add more when trading is volatile); the builders’ share comes from its locked creator position.
